Privacy policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This policy explains how D-Nero ("D-Nero", "we", "us") handles personal information on d-nero.com and on the websites of our brands, Legit Score and Vitality Focus. Where a brand website publishes its own privacy notice, that notice adds the details specific to that brand. Questions or requests: privacy@d-nero.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, company and message when you contact us; your name, shipping address, phone number and order details when you buy from one of our brands; account details when you sign up for our software.
- Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Stripe). We receive confirmation of the payment and limited card details such as the brand and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information: our hosting provider records basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to keep the websites secure and working.
- Marketing data on brand websites: brand stores may use cookies and pixels from advertising and analytics providers (such as Meta, TikTok and Google) to measure campaigns, where the law allows and with your consent where required. d-nero.com itself sets no advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders and subscriptions.
- To provide and improve our software, including the reports you ask us to produce.
- To answer your messages and provide customer support.
- To send updates and offers you've signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, keep our services secure and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with providers who help us run the business, under contracts that limit how they use it:
- Payment processors (for example Stripe).
- Our product manufacturing and fulfillment partner and shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Website hosting, email and cloud infrastructure providers (for example Cloudflare and Google).
- Email and customer support tools, and advertising and analytics providers on brand websites.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to seven years). Contact messages and marketing data are kept while they're useful to you or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to stop marketing, or to limit how we use it. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws, and people in the UK, the European Union and Colombia, have specific rights under their local laws, and we honor them. Email privacy@d-nero.com and we'll reply within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
International transfers
We operate online and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer data, we rely on our providers' standard safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), reputable providers and access controls to protect your information.
Children
Our products and services are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
