Terms of service

These terms apply when you use d-nero.com or buy from one of our brands. Our brands (Legit Score and Vitality Focus) are trading names of D-Nero ("D-Nero", "we", "us"). Where a brand website publishes its own terms, those terms apply to that brand in addition to these. By using our websites or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to buy from us or create an account.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, together with shipping and any applicable taxes.
• Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund any amount charged in full.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Charges appear on your statement as D-NERO or the brand name (for example VITALITY FOCUS).

Shipping

Physical products ship within the United States from our fulfillment partner, usually within two business days, with tracking by email. Delivery times and any shipping charges are shown on each brand's website before you pay.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions (product deliveries or software plans) renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by emailing support@d-nero.com or the brand's support address, or from your account where available. Cancellation stops future renewals; it doesn't end the current paid period early.
• We'll tell you in advance by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

Refunds

Our refunds and cancellations policy explains the guarantee on first supplement orders and how refunds work for each kind of product.

Dietary supplements

Our supplements are intended for healthy adults. Read the label and follow the directions. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication or have a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Software and reports

Our software, including Legit Score, provides scores and reports based on publicly available data and our own methods. They are estimates to help you make decisions, not guarantees about any creator, account or audience. You're responsible for how you use them. You agree not to misuse the service, resell it without our permission or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

Digital products

Digital products are licensed for your personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Intellectual property

The content, brands, logos and software on our websites belong to D-Nero or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer laws say otherwise.
